Where is the Young Lady?

Young lady and old lady. First time, I saw the picture above when I was in Satya Wacana Christian University. I remembered, one of my lecturer showed the picture using Overhead Projector (OHP). The student must find the young lady and old lady. I thought that the picture is fabulous. It can push all student to think and find the answer.

The lecturer gave five minutes to think the answer. Some of student said that they have found the old lady and young lady, but some of them were difficult to find the young lady, or just found old lady. First glance, we can see the old lady. Right? but, in the other side, we can also find young lady. Please find it if you haven’t found it.
